Today

Global Export

Certified energy-efficient windows exported to 38 countries and regions, backed by a complete international sales and after-sales support system.
CORPORATE PHILOSOPHY

Precision manufacturing, energy-saving innovation, quality supreme.

Delburg integrates German rigorous production standards with modern green building concepts. We focus on solving the common defects of traditional windows — poor thermal insulation, insufficient soundproofing, water infiltration and low wind pressure resistance. All products are manufactured under protocols stricter than national and industry standards, serving luxury residences, villas and commercial buildings across global markets.

PROJECT HAND-OFF

01—08

One documented route connects incoming materials, precision fabrication, inspection and protected export packing.

Each hand-off supports clearer production visibility before the shipment leaves the factory.

Batch controlBuild verificationShipment readiness
PRODUCTION PATH

From profile to export packing.

Eight stages take each made-to-order system from profile intake to shipment handover. Material arrivals, machining, assembly and export packing stay visible to the project team throughout the route.

01

Aluminum Profiles

Profile batches are identified, checked against the project schedule and released to the production route.

02

Thermal Break

Polyamide thermal-break strips are prepared and joined to establish the system’s insulating core.

03

Machining

Profiles are cut and CNC-prepared for drainage, locks, hardware and project-specific detailing.

04

Assembly

Frames and sashes are assembled with seals and hardware, then checked against the production drawing.

05

Glazing

Specified glass units are installed with the required build-up, setting blocks and perimeter sealing.

06

Inspection

Dimensions, surface condition and operation are checked before the unit can move to packing.

07

Export Packing

Each unit receives labeling, corner protection and export-ready wrapping matched to the shipment plan.

08

Dispatch Handover

Final documents, packing records and shipment handover are checked before release for dispatch.

German technology cooperation

Since 2016, Delburg has maintained a long-term technical cooperation with the German Batig Group — authentic German system window design standards, precision fabrication techniques and advanced sealing technologies. More than a decade of localized innovation now adapts these standards to global climates, supported by Swan Group’s self-produced profile system for full quality traceability from raw material to finished window.
